Importance of Technique

Particular attention is paid to clean and efficient technique, developed systematically and in tune with the artist’s growing capacity to train. We encourage students to track their progress through the use of conditioning and technical sheets, enabling them to take an active and leading role in their learning and development.

Physical Preparation

Essential for safe training, our classes integrate conditioning and flexibility into each technical class. For the aerial arts, we focus on developing two physical capacities:

  • Strength in our core and upper-body, including our grip
  • Overall flexibility, using a combination of self-controlled and active-assisted techniques
